F.A.Q.
Before the move
Our operation team checks in with you a few days before move day to answer any questions that you might have. We carefully load the truck with your belongings, taking care to stretch wrap and pad your items for protection. We drive your items to your new home. You tell us where to place your furniture. We calculate the final bill and take payment by cash or credit card. (No checks or debit cards accepted.)
3 Hour Minimum
3 hours covers 2.50 hours of loading and unloading, and 30 min minutes driving time.
Note: The driving time is doubled from pick up to destination.
(Example: If we drive 30 minutes, add 30 minutes onto the total.)
